Pay Now Direct – POS Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Pay Now Direct as your commerce and SNAP EBT–enabled POS solution. This Return Policy explains how hardware returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility

Returns are available only for POS hardware purchased directly from Pay Now Direct.
Software subscriptions, setup fees, installation services, and training fees are non-refundable.

To qualify:

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Hardware must be unused or in like-new condition, with original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Pay Now Direct reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged equipment

  • Equipment missing parts or original packaging

  • Consumables (e.g., paper rolls)

  • Custom-configured devices

  • Software, subscriptions, or license fees

  • Shipping, setup, installation, or professional service fees

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a Return Request via support ticket: ticket@paynowdirect.com

  2. We’ll issue an RMA number, instructions, and a return address.

  3. Ship the hardware within 14 days of RMA approval.

  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the package.

Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • We’re not responsible for lost/damaged return shipments—use a trackable, insured method.

5. Refunds

After inspection, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges & Warranty Claims

If your hardware arrives defective or fails within the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll assist with a replacement under the manufacturer’s procedures.
Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair is not covered.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment at no penalty.

  • Once shipped, the order follows this Return Policy.

  • Software subscriptions may be canceled anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Additional Limitations

Pay Now Direct is not liable for:

  • Customer data loss

  • Loss of revenue during return processing

  • Third-party hardware/software purchased outside Pay Now Direct
